A big hello 👋 to everyone from Healthy Kidz. This message is to let you know we are with you every step PLUS what we have planned for you for term 3!
We will be launching a home learning resource for all children, preparing each of you for SPORTS DAY! We have secured a major sponsor with fantastic prizes available for EVERY SCHOOL. Further information to follow in the coming days and weeks. Preparations for YOUR OLYMPIC GAMES will begin on May 4th!!! A live PE Lesson will take place each Thursday from 2pm. It will be similar to the Street workout seen on the video. We may even appear at your own housing estate!

This will really test out your strength and endurance and get your whole body working. 💪
You can substitute this activity with your sports practice or another high-intensity workout each day, but make sure you're recording your activity for 7 consecutive days to be in with a chance of winning this week's special two-part family prize. 👨👩👧👦
